Alice's Sour Cream Chicken Breasts
Cooked on the stove w/ leftover rotisserie chicken and served over noodles. Used cream of chicken soup instead of chicken broth so it was nice and thick. Also a tbsp of garlic salt and a tsp of cajun seasoning. Tasty.

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup
Very good soup, added 2 tsp cayenne pepper to vegetable mixture and it really spiced it up nicely. Used 7 slices thick bacon and 1% milk and it was still very good.

Seared Scallops with Spicy Papaya Sauce
It is a good recipe, though I cooked the papaya salsa because the onion was very strong. I cooked the scallops, set them to the side, and then cooked the mixture in the same oil as the scallops. It helped tie the meal together.
