Alfredo Sauce
Easy & better than restaurants. We also use a combination of Parmesan, Gruyere and Asiago cheeses....and sometimes substitute/mix half & half for the heavy cream depending on what's in house. Italian parsley can add a nice touch vs. regular bunch parsley. Awesome!

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing
We use Rock Fish instead of Tilapia, marinated in strips not chunks....then grill with the marinade in a boat made of foil right on the grill. You get even more flavorful & juicy fish that easy pulls apart for making the tacos. Haven't tried the dressing listed here, we use a different Cilantro Lime Dressing recipe that's a little lighter (1/2c sour cream, 1/2c mayo, bunch cilantro, 1/2 minced jalapeno, garlic to taste, 1/4t thyme, 1/4t pepper, 1/8t cumin, lime juice to consistency mixed in an immersion blender & chilled).

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
Easy & yummy! We up the garlic (no vampires possible in this house). If the mozzarella isn't quite browned, you can set the broiler for a minute or two to finish it off....tastes better than dip from Costco or restaurants.
