Turkey Pot Pie I
Good way to use left overs. I used Pillsbury Big and flaky crescent rolls as the covering for the individual serving pot pies I made in personal serving dishes. I also added frozen peas. They were good but needed a little more flavoring, I will try adding more spices next time.

Apple Pie Muffins
THIS MAKES THE BEST WAFFLES!!! With a few changes... First I didn't have buttermilk so I made some, 1 TBS lemon juice (or you can use vinegar) put in a liquid measuring cup. Fill to the 1 cup line with milk, let stand 5 minutes and Voi-la! Buttermilk. I added 2 TSP ground cinnamon into the batter. Also I nix the sugar cinnamon crumble topping and replace with oats. Place batter in waffle maker, top with oats, and cook on your favorite setting. the oat topping adds a nice crunch to contrast the moisture of the waffle and muffins. Warning these waffles are FILLING 1 apple cinnamon waffle eats like 2 normal style waffles. With this recipe I was able to produce 2 large 1in. pocket square waffles and 11 muffins. The batter goes A LONG WAY. Honestly I like it as waffles the most but the muffins are also delicious.
