Sausage Egg Casserole

I cooked this in muffin tins on my gas grill. Only took about 15-20 minutes, and they were delicious. I did two versions, one with the sausage and one without. Everybody loved them.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Best pancakes I've ever made...but these are the first I've made from scratch. No more Krusteaz in this household! I swapped half the all-purpose flour for white whole wheat (Bob's Red Mill)...the kids didn't even notice as they gobbled every last bite.
