Peanut Butter Banana Protein Bars
This is the first recipe I've used to make my own protein bars. I used 1 package (35g) of vanilla and 1 package of chocolate protein by Vega Sport, Naturally More Peanut Butter which is great as it already contains flax seed, honey and egg white, added some chopped walnuts, dried cranberries and other fruit and nuts from trailmix. I also added a bit more honey and heated it a bit with peanut butter to make it more liquid and easier to mix with dry ingredients. The bars turned out great (chewy!), I can't wait to take them on my next hike!

Spinach Salad with Peaches and Pecans
After reading reviews I have changed a few things in the recipe and loved the result! I made it with mango, added feta, grilled chicken breast and finely chopped red onion. Also, I am not a great fan of dressings, so I just used some fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper. Great dinner.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
Maybe it is because I seldom use butter, and do not use much sugar, but for me the cobbler was all about these two ingredients (and I already cut them down). It turned out fine (wasn't soggy), but was greasy and lacked in flavor. I ended up picking the strawberries and eating them with yogurt. I only give it two stars because I spent no more than 10 minutes in the kitchen.
