French Bread

I used this recipe in conjunction with my bread maker. Since my bread maker does all the kneading and rising of the dough (total time of 1 1/2 hrs.), I didn't follow the step about letting the dough rise for 20 min. None-the-less, the bread came out AMAZING. This is definitely a keeper, and I did not have to modify any of the ingredients!

Mushroom Prosciutto Pasta

This Pasta turned out amazing! In addition to the ingredients listed in this recipe, I mixed in a little bit of fresh chopped spinach, and about 1/2 tsp lemon zest into the pasta at the end. My family said this was the best dish I have ever made!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

The contents were so thick for me; there was no sauce left in the pie after it baked. I will add a little bit more next time. Also, the crust was obnoxiously sticky and hard to work with, so I would recommend using a regular pie crust recipe that you are accustomed to using.
