SO TASTY! We have food allergies at our house, so I omit the egg and use homemade bread crumbs. I substitute in a little ground flaxseed mixed with hot water for the egg. I completely omit the worcestershire due to allergies, but add in Lawry's seasoned salt, some rosemary, and thyme. I also add in ketchup to the meat mixture. After the meat is cooked, I use beef stock and a touch of red wine to deglaze the pan and then use the rest of the beef stock mised with flour, mustard powder, and ketchup to make the sauce. It still tastes great to our family!
