Mini Cheesecakes I
I love this recipe! I have made it several times for parties and my catering jobs and have had compliments every time. The only thing I do differently is use mini nilla wafers. Instead of crushing up the big wafers for the crust I use my mini muffin pan and place a mini wafer flat side down on the bottom of the mini muffin cup. Bake same amount of time and cool completely. These are the perfect bite size cheese cake! I've also used a variation of toppings for fun.

Chicken Marsala
Wonderful! I use this recipe for my catering and het rave reviews. Only thing I do differently is add a little cream for more body in the broth and I don't use the sherry just the marsala and cook it long enough for the alcohol to burn off.

Baked Pork Chops I
Great recipe! This recipe make the chops supper tender. The only suggestion would be to fry the chops until they are extra extra crispy, otherwise the breading gets soggy when baking. I also took note from another reviewer and added more spices & garlic to the sauce so it didn't just taste like crm of mushrm. I will definitely make these again!
