Banana Date Flaxseed Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2012
I have made this a few times it always turns out great! I like to use apple sauce instead of oil and add a teaspoon of cinnamon. I also like to double the recipe and make 2 because 1 disappears too fast. This is also a great recipe for kids ... one does the dry ingredients and the other does the wet... we LOVE this recipe !!

Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2013
used the butter, helps to keep the pasta separated. Used sauce on the bottom of the lightly oiled pan to keep the pasta from sticking. When I removed the foil to cook for the last 10 min I noticed that the corners were starting to get over cooked, so I switched to Low Broil for 5min. The kids loved it. Thank you!!

Doubled the recipe and added all the extra spices that were advises. Had this with Twice-Cooked Coconut Shrimp on the side and some cheese curls on top. My company loved this and asked if they could take some home. Thank you.

Twice-Cooked Coconut Shrimp

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2013
my husband made theese they were fantastic, loved the sauce it complimented the shrip perfectly. We used a lot less oil to fry in and just fried for 2 or 3 min then fliped and did the other side(less waste). I defiantly want him to make theese again!!!
