Chocolate Chip Cookies for Special Diets

I thought this was a very good cookie but the next time I think I will increase the amount of sweetner just a bit. I used Splenda and it taste just fine. I am taking them to work to share with some co-workers who aren't allowed sugar. What a treat it will be for them. Thanks for submitting such a great recipe!

Baked Seafood Au Gratin

I put this over noodles. I really liked it and so did those that I shared this with. Even my 3 yr. old grandson said "More Nana." It did take a long time for me to prepare. This is only a "special occasion" recipe.

Amazing Crab Shells

This is great! I made these for a party and they were a big hit. I lightly sprinkled paprika over the top to add a bit of color.
