Chicken Breasts Pierre

I would rate it higher except I don't use canned sauces. I used a homemade marinara sauce. No water or salt added, except I didn't have celery seed so used a little celery salt instead. My sauce was a little spicy to start with so I didn't add any hot sauce. Delish! Definitely a keeper!

Red Velvet Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

I expected the cream cheese mixture to be thick because of the cook's note, but it was thinner than the batter so I just poured it over the cake batter in the pan. The 1/4 cup of batter was what I had to drop by dollops onto the cream cheese mixture and not drizzle because it was too thick. I baked for it 45 minutes and not 30 - 35 minutes as the recipe states. The edges were getting very brown but the inside was not quite cooked. It tastes okay, but not something I would make again. Very disappointing.

Bobbie's Oatmeal Cookies

Quite possibly the best oatmeal raisin cookie I've ever had. As previously written this is a fantastic base reci[e where you can add or delete as you please! I was out of brown sugar, so used 1 1/2 cups of white. I used 1 1/2 cups of flour instead of 2, and added 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 cup coconut, increased the raisins to 1 and 1/2 cups, and omitted the chocolate chips and pecans.

Delicious! I doubled the recipe and used equal amounts of brown sugar and white sugar. Also used equal amounts of butter and canola oil.
