The Original Fantasy Fudge
I pour this directly into a foil lined small (VCR tape sized) priority flat rate mail box, fold the foil over and put the christmas card on top and mail it as a gift -it's been a big hit every time! But I'm wondering if I can substitute marshmallows for marshmallow creme? And if doubling it is okay? thanks for any help!

Sesame Green Beans
Excellent new way to use fresh green beans! I made them just as recipe stated, and the only things I might change are using less olive oil and adding a drop or two of sesame oil to enhance the delicate sesame flavor. As another member suggested, a splatter screen would be useful as the sesame seeds really danced when I added the green beans! Simple enough for a fast meat, yet elegant enough for company, makes this a perfect side dish.

Yellow Squash Casserole
Very good, a nice hearty side dish, but a little rich for us. I used less than half the butter (that's a LOT of butter) added several generous squirts of Franks hot sauce and generous black pepper before baking and the taste was perfect. Next time I think more squash, less butter and cheese might suit our tastes better, and I believe I can cut the crackers by at least 1/3 by putting less in with the squash, I don't think we'll miss those, but the topping stays - it's wonderful!
