Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
Just added one more item to this recipe and that was M&M's (the peanut ones), and boy Oh boy did they ever turn out perfect! Just look at my pic of them, I got 34 good size cookies out of this recipe, and yes, I followed what other users said and that is to soak your rasins in a bowl of water for at least 30 min. prior to mixing and boy do you ever have a super moist cookie with rasins & M&M's :) Just mix in the M&M's with the rasins, the end result is you have a fiber moist/crunchy rich cookie. Fiber is important in today's diet and just look at all the cookies you get from this recipe, at least 30-36 good size cookies. Enjoy!!!! See my pic with rasins & M&M's

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Bought this 4lb. Eye of Round Roast @ Walmart for $13.00 today. Cooked it @ 475 for 17 min. then turned the oven off & let it sit in there for 3 hours. Took out & let it rest for 30 more min. before slicing. I ended up with 16 nice size juicy, tender slices and boy oh boy was it the BEST!!! I was at first skeptical of trying this out & after reading some reviews I decided what the hell, and now I am a beliver:) Here is my picture of how mine turned out>

I revised this by substituting white button mushrooms, whole, 2 lbs; instead of potaoes, also added 2 cans of whole clams, and added celery, baby carrots, parsley, and a red onion. With this I was able to feed approx. 14 hungry folks, and boy was it soooo good:)
