Great recipe! I divided it into muffin tins for little individual servings and baked at 400 for 15 minutes. Turned out perfect.

Maple and Ginger Baked Beans

I used the bean from a 15 bean soup mix I had on hand as well as a ham bone from a ham I had baked. I added a can of diced tomatoes as we like those in our beans. It turned out perfect and my kids couldn't get enough of this! Next time I'm making sure to serve it up with some corn bread.

Cashew Chicken with Water Chestnuts

I followed the recommendations of other reviewers and added about 2TBS Hoisin Sauce to this as well as adding green beans, chopped celery and subbing green onions for the onion. It was perfect and is replacing a tried and true recipe because my family decided that this recipe is much better.

Yum. My family enjoyed this as dessert after our Shabbos meal. It is very rich, but delightful. I did make one change as recommended by a previous reviewer and added a splash of rum extract.

Baked Penne and Smoked Sausage

YUM. We couldn't stop eating it! The only changes I made were to use cream of asparagus soup because I prefer it and added corn. Hubby thought it was certainly a keeper and had 3rds...very rare for him!

Stuffed Pepper Casserole

I cut 4 peppers into quarters (yellow, red, orange) and placed them into the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish that I had sprayed with Pam. I added garlic, oregano and basil to the meat as it cooked as well as half of a yellow bell pepper rough chopped. I didn't have whole peeled tomatoes but added a can of diced with oregano, garlic & olive oil. I spread the mixture on top of the cut peppers and baked covered for 30 minutes. I did add the reserved stuffing to the top at the end. In the future I will use rice or orzo instead of the stuffing inside the meat mixture, we didn't like it that soggy.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

I followed the recipe exactly. I froze them as some had suggested before grilling on foil sprayed with a little EVOO. The only thing I will change for next time would be to add another egg. They tasted great, much better than store bought.

Caribbean Chicken Grill with Pineapple Salad

I followed the recipe exactly....mostly. I did do like another reviewer suggested and reduced the marinade and then added about a tsp of corn starch to 1/4 cup orange juice and mixed it into the marinade. I loved the Pineapple Salad, which is really more like a pineapple salsa, my daughter and husband weren't fans, but my son was. I did pulse it a couple times in the food processor to break up the chunks. This will absolutely be on the menu in the future.

Homemade Chicken Parmigiana

I doubled the sauce and added about a tsp of sugar. I zapped it with my immersion blender prior to adding the cream. I baked the chicken for 30 minutes at 350 instead of pan frying. It was quite good and my family loved it. It will absolutely make more appearances on my dinner table.

Classic Spanish Sangria

I used a very cheap bottle of Sangiovesse from Trader Joes and the cheapest white rum I could find. Following the recipe exactly....it's perfect. I think in the future I will put the sliced fruit, rum, sugar & OJ in a zipper bag and freeze, pop it into the ice chest along with a cheap bottle of wine and take camping.

I made this as presented with one minor change, I used diced tomatoes uindrained. It was SO good. I think I'd use less pasta next time though. I also made the herb bread refrenced in a previous review....YUM!
