This was a very easy recipe. It seems like it would be much more healthy than regular buffalo chicken strips. I made the strips and then used them in a pita sandwhich. My husband (who is VERY picky) also loved them.

Mami Elva's Fruit Salad

This was a good fruit salad, Very sweet. It did not keep well though. The afternoon after I had made it, it looked awful. I think this was due to the marshmallow cream, which was a little over the top in my opinion. This recipe was good, but I believe it could use a little tweaking.

Orient Express Chicken Sandwiches

My husband and I loved this recipe. He took some of the leftovers to lunch the day after making these sandwhiches and said they were even better the next day.

Zucchini Patties

Stroganoff

I just did not like this recipe for stroganoff. I usually like inexpensive dinners, but in this one you could really taste it.

Almond Crunch

I made this over the Christmas Holiday, Everyone that tried it LOVED it. It was easy and very good. I used semi-sweet chips the second time I made it and people seemed to like it just a little better, But it was all a matter of taste.
