Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2013
I was looking for a banana bread recipe at the request of my fiance due to his starbucks B-bread addiction LoL I ten found this recipe.. Hands down the BEST banana bread ever! I made it to the tee, just might've added a bit more cinnamon LoL I also added the walnuts over the bread batter just before putting it in the oven so that they baked onto the top and looked pretty when sliced. I saw that some people were cutting sugar and using lowfat ingredients... well. if you're on a diet, I don't recommend eating this bread period LoL it just doesn't taste the same! My family loved it! They ate every last crumb and are begging for more! It's very moist and ohhh so good!!!

Banana Blast II

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
I had a banana smoothie at a French bistro this passed weekend and it was sooo delish that I wanted to make it at home. The banana flavor was perfect, a subtle sweetness in it was great!! I stumbled upon this and wow it was right on the dot!! It made me two large glasses, my boyfriend loves it too =)

Ty's Barbequed Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
Great recipe!! I reduced the honey to 3 tbs because I was scared it'd be too sweet and I added a tad bit of Worcestershire sauce & Louisiana hot sauce. I sprayed a large pang with some Pam and I added the chicken and marinade, flipped em over a few times and it came out delicious!!!!

Crunchy Crab Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
The curry flavor was a bit much for me unfortunately... I might give it a second chance with REAL crab vs my previously used imitation and no curry powder... I give it two stars because i loved the touch the snow peas gave the salad, and the slivered almonds as well

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
Absolutely loved the taste the wine gave the sauce... I used the Johnsonsville hot Italian sausage without the casings and it was great!! I decided to add spinach, which gave it a great color... I've made this time and time again. my bf loves it!! It's better than your ordinary spaghetti sauce, wayyy better

Spicy Chili French Fries

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
My husband loves this!!! He's a potato lover and these hit the spot for him!! I did not however have chili powder so I used paprika and no veg juice so i got half of a small can of tomato sauce and added a bit of water to it. I greased my sheet with Pam and increased the oven temp to 400F and they were SCRUMPTIOUS!!

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
Great pasta recipe!! Like other viewers I also used a tad bit less bread crumbs due to you throw most of it away... I also used the ITALIAN bread crumbs along with the spices the recipe said to add. I used whole wheat penne pasta and more red pepper than the recipe calls for. I also cut my chicken into strips before I breaded them =) Next time I think I'll add some red onions and possibly some bell pepper && zucchini. Definitely a keeper!!

Cajun Spiced Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
Leave out the cumin for more of a kick =) Personally, it's alot tastier without the cumin anyway. I made this with cilantro poblano rice which is "green rice" over in the food network website recipes.. It was great!! I also made spicy baked fries with this also from this website and my husband was in loveee
