Zucchini Puffs

These are good! You can use plain flour in stead of buttermilk mix. I've made these three times now.

Pan-Grilled Salmon Steaks with Warm Fruit Sauce

This recipe is quite nice. I used fresh peaches instead of canned. I serve this slightly sweet salmon with a spiced rice to offset the sweetness. My 19 month old son loves this salmon.

I have made this delicious recipe twice now. Used graham pie crust once and for a baby shower used little tart shells. I received constant praise each time a guest enjoyed one. They are really pretty with a little zest sprinkled on top & sooo easy to make. I only had 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice so used 1/2 cup of bottled too. WONDERFUL DESSERT!!!

Hamburger Casserole

Very nice casserole. I have made this 3x now. Last try I added a cup of nacho chip crumbled over top with a little cheese. Very tasty!

Laurie's Tequila Marinade

Broccoli Slaw

Broccoli Coleslaw

I have made this great salad three times since Xmas. I prefer it made a day ahead. It turns out good if you use the bagged brocslaw as well. Thx for this recipe Jeri.
