Chicken Fried Chicken

Excellent recipe, but I use crushed cornflakes (Post Toasties, Kelloggs, whatever) instead of crushed crackers.

Mom's Best Pork Chops

Great recipe, but instead of crushed crackers I use crushed cornflakes (Post Toasties, Kelloggs, whatever, brand doesn't matter). I use the cornflakes in a lot of recipes that bcall for breadcrumbs or crushed crackers.

Oven Fried Chicken II

Great recipe. Try finely crushed corn flakes (yes, the breakfast cereal) instead of bread crumbs and let drain on a rack instead of a paper towel.
