Caramel French Toast

Excellent. Made the night before (took 10 mins). My french bread was extra thick so I added 8 eggs, keeping the milk the same. Crushed pecans made this awesome. Next time I will double the sauce. Great recipe; thank you so much for sharing.

Turkey Pot Pie I

Followed exactly - used No Fail Pie Crust recipe and it turned out great. As a personal preference, I will add more liquid next time as mine came out a bit dry.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

With so many recipes out there for this cookie, it was hard to decide which one to choose. I am soooo glad I chose this one! Based on other reviews, I added 1/4 c more pb & 1/4 c more flour, baked at 350 for 10 mins. The cookies came out thick, and wonderfully chewy in the middle. My go to pb cookie recipe from now on!!

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

Coming from the world's worst baker, these turned out fantastic for me! I did not have cream of tartar so I followed another user's review and used 1 tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp baking soda. Rolled in cinnamon sugar before baking, baked for 12 mins in my oven. I also got 36 perfect cookies instead of 24. THANK YOU PAM for the wonderful recipe!!

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

Wow! Just made these for our upcoming camping trip and they are amazing!! I am not very good at baking and found these to be very simple. I followed other seasoned baker's reviews and made sure not to overmix the batter. I also took another reviewer's advice and froze then shredded the butter into the flour. It made it much easier to combine. I doubled the salt and used a garlic/herb shredded cheddar. Try these, you will LOVE them!

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Used 1% milk (no need to use cream, really), doubled the sauce, used italian seasoning and added minced onions & garlic as per one other reviewer. AWESOME!! Thanks for the great recipe!

Apple Crisp IV

This is the apple crisp I've been searching for! After all of the reviews, I decided to make this as is written and I am glad I did! I only had to bake mine a bit longer because of the apples I used but other than that, I did not change a thing. People who have said there is too much flour are likely not incorporating the butter enough into the dry ingredients....takes a bit of time and I usually end up using my hands to do it. Just make sure your BUTTER is cold (butter, not margarine). My family thanks you for the great recipe!! :)

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

Great recipe! Used 1 cup sugar only, half cup oil and half cup of unsweetened apple sauce to cut the fat, and they turned out great. Had to increase baking time to 23 minutes and my batch made 16 muffins.

I have made this many times and it is wonderful. I don't alter the recipe at all except that I double it for more sauce. I cook it either on the BBQ or in the oven - both ways turn out awesome.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

I doubled this recipe as I was feeding 8 people at Easter(one of them being my Mother in Law who is VERY picky!). It turned out excellent and the dish was almost licked clean! The only thing I did differently was to layer the potatos and onions, salt and peppering each layer. The rest of this recipe is great just the way it is and will be the one I use from now on!
