Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
I changed things around a little, I used half and half instead of 2% and a little less than a cup of sugar. I also added about 10 drops of green coloring to this to get a nice mint green color.
I was actually surprised at just how creamy this was, I've only made custard based ice creams before. I might try this as a custard based, it will probably be way creamier... This is a good one for times when you want ice cream quick.
