Marshmallow Fondant
This worked really well for us! I made two regular size batches. I cans see how some people had problems with their Kitchen Aid mixers breaking - you have to use the bread kneading hook after you put in a few cups of sugar. I only kneaded to mix in colors, came out smooth and putty like.

Greens with Cannellini Beans and Pancetta
This was really good! We sprinkled a little imported balsamic vinigar on it as we ate. I used kale and rainbow chard, as some greens are tough to find in New England this time of year. I cooked fully covered so the greens would get a little more tender.

Crostini Alla Fiorentina
The only thing we changed was that we only used pork liver because that is what we had. This needed a lot more onions. Maybe we have just lost our pallet for liver.
