Coconut Shrimp I

Made these alot and it's always a hit even. Plus, my husband is not a fan of coconut but he always asks for them. They are light and good with any kind of dipping sauce from sweet to spicy!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Slow-Cooked Chili

Nice chili to come home to on a cold winter night! Easy and qwick with lots of taste. Very good with tostitos scoops and cheese on top!

Mom's Sushi Rice

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This cheesecake is always a hit with family and friends. I also did what another review suggested and used the complet oreo for the bottom crust. I would take the cream out first to crumble the oreo and when that was done, I added the cream back in to mix it together with a tablespoon of melted butter and it works perfectly!
