Best Marinara Sauce Yet
This sauce is amazing on texture, easy and delicious! I tried it in the middle of the night and had no white wine or chicken stock, so I used water with a splash of balsamic. I used only about 1/4 cup of oil for 2 times the original recipe. Also, I added a couple of leaves basil to the blender, and a pinch of brown sugar and red pepper flake to the onions, which I crystallized a bit more time. Yum!!! :o)
