Salsa Chicken

Tasted good, quick and easy to prepare. Fantastic but not outstanding. I used a refrigerated "restaurant style" salsa.

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2008
They really are the best. I've made them 3 times in one week now. I used Trader Joe's crunchy salted peanut butter (natural), so I did not add salt. Fantastic!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
My guests gave these muffins rave reviews. One guest said that these are even better than the starbucks muffins/coffee cakes, and those are typically her favorite. I made the muffins exactly as the recipe is written - except I baked them mini-sized. The best part is that they were so quick and easy to make. Thank you for the recipe.

Home On The Range Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2006
I liked this but would never make this for anyone else but me because it is a little weird in texture. Plus, it is a little bland the way it is, so i added pickle relish and that helped. i agree with the last reviewer that the egg should be left on the side. its too weird mixed in with the salad. oh by the way, i made this only because i did a search for a recipe with the ingredients i had on hand. i need to use up the last of that cottage cheese and green onions!

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2006
I made these EXACTLY as the recipe stated. They LOOKED great. But I didn't really like these, but I am giving it a because my fiance liked them. Something just wasn't right about the crepes- they didn't have the nice consistency REAL crepes have. Tasted just bland to me. Fiance said they tasted good but he will eat any crepe.

Tangy Turkey and Swiss Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2006
This was suprisingly good for such a simple recipe. My guests seemed to really enjoy it. I used Oatnut's 3-seed bread and used light mayo instead of regular and I only used HALF of the amount of mayo that the recipe called for. This sandwich is like something you would order from a bistro :)

Honey Mustard Dressing II

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2006
Excellent! I made it two ways: one with the yellow ballpark mustard, and the other with dijon mustard and they were both really good but we were having it with Captain Crunch chicken strips and it went better with the one made with the yellow mustard. Yum!

Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2006
This was just ok. I didn't change a thing. It was lacking a little something. And the filling only filled 4 peppers. I don't think I'd make this again.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2005
Loved it - I used low fat milk and Splenda and it still turned out great. I had to use a little more Splenda but that's about all the changes I made. Very quick, easy and the product is great!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2005
It turned out great, even with all the mods! My boyfriend didn't know what kind of meat to buy so he got a 2.5 lb piece of beef. It worked out fine. I mixed one can of cream of mushroom and one of cream of celery with one cup of water and the onion mix. added chunks of celery, carrots, and broccoli at the bottom of the cooker. It was easy and fabulous and we really enjoyed it, even for leftovers!
