Mom's Zucchini Bread

EXCELLENT! Who cares whether it is called bread or cake? Who cares if the batter is thick at first? This recipe is perfect as is. Thank you so much for sharing. If someone makes changes before they make it as directed, then it is a different recipe and any review really isn't valid, is it?

Spanish Rice II

This is a good recipe. It is easy to prepare, but would be much better flavored if chicken broth were used instead of water.

Basic Mashed Potatoes

This reciped is perfect. It DOES make a difference to heat the milk and butter. Cold milk and butter added to hot potato makes the potato gummy. If you think it's fine to use cold ingredients because that's the way you always have done it, you are missing out on something special!
