Elegant Pork Loin Roast

Made this for Christmas eve dinner, everyone loved it. I didnt have the left overs I thought I would, so a hit for sure. :) The name suits it, it is very elegant. Great recipe!

My husband is a huge sausage lover from Chicago and he really enjoyed this dish!! Always a good thing to please the husband!! You go Bill! OoOoh!! Slice the bisquits and put a sausage patty between them then smother with gravy. YUM!
