Best Ever Pie Crust
This is almost identical to the ONLY pie crust recipe i'll use. I HIGHLY SUGGEST using ICE WATER and COLD SHORTENING for this however. I keep my shortening in the fridge. Also add the water by tablespoons or you may end up with a dough that's too wet. VERY AWESOME PIE CRUST! I use slightly less shortening for my crust though. Delicate but VERY LIGHT AND FLAKEY! I also suggest rolling out the dough onto wax paper for easy transferring =)

Strawberry Pie II
At first I was a little concerned because I mashed the strawberries by hand and came out with a much thicker, chunky type glaze. But by morning it had set PERFECTLY and tasted amazing! The slightly chunky sauce actually did wonders for the pie! As per other reviews I cut the sugar down to 3/4 cup and water to 1/2 cup. It had just the perfect amount of "pie" sweetness. The fresh strawberries were still the prominent flavour! A 5 star recipe by far!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I had only ever tried Potatoes au gratin from a box. This recipe was absolutely flawless. The onions added the perfect amount of oniony flavour known in potatoes au gratin, and was so creamy and cheesy. I used skim milk mozzerella and it was delicious! Any cheese would work for these. This is definately going on my families favourites! I didn't change a THING on the recipe except the type of cheese.
