Cowboy Skillet Casserole

I enjoyed this recipe more than I thought I would. I pretty much followed the recipe but made a few modifications for what I had in the pantry 1) I omitted the bell peppers 2) I used Bush's Black Bean Fiesta Grillin Beans and 3) I used a 15 oz. package of corn bread from Trader Joe's. I added a can of green peppers and a can of corn to the cornbread mix. The recipe turned delicious but next time I will use the 8.5 package of cornbread specified in the recipe, rather than the 15 oz. package. The cornbread to meat-mixture ratio was too high. Obviously, that was my fault not the recipe's. Very simple meal and a crowd-pleaser. Easy weeknight meal that will be added to my meal rotation.

Cream Cheese Squares

I have made this recipe two times and both times I got RAVE reviews from everyone who ate it. So GOOD. I put the plate of squares in the break room at work and within 5 minutes the plate was empty! The first time I made them I followed the recipe as written and I felt there was just too much butter. The second time I used about a tablespoon of butter (just enough to get the cinnamon and sugar to stick to the dough) and I felt that I could have used more. Next time I will use half a stick of butter. No matter how much the butter this recipe is great and something I will be making for years to come.

White Chili

This chili is great tasting and very easy to make. Next time I will try using a salsa verde instead of regular salasa as my chili turned out more "organge chili" than "white chili". Defintely will be making this recipe again.

Campbell's Kitchen Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Delicous and very easy to make! I followed the recipe exactly except I used refrigerated pie crust instead of all purpose baking mix. I was sceptical at first that such a simple pot pie would taste great, but I really enjoyed it. I actually doubled the recipe to make two pies- one for dinner and one to freeze for the future.
