Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

These were fantastic! They went quickly. I used pineapple chunks so I did not have to mess with cutting the rings. Worked out for me. Thanks

Chesapeake Crab Ball Appetizer

This was the best appetizer. It made two good size balls. The crab was not hidden by a lot of filler like most crab appetizers I had. I made it for a family gathering and they were falling all over themselves to have some. Another great recipe that will show up again at my family gatherings.

Slow Cooker Clam Chowder

This chowder curdled in my crock pot. I followed the recipe to put crock pot on low for 9 hours. I was very disappointed that it did not work out.

My Best Clam Chowder

This recipe was awesome! I'm not a real fan of creamed soups, but this was the best clam chowder I've had. I made it for a family gathering and they went absolutely wild over it. Everyone wanted some to take home. I'll be sharing the recipe with them and I'm sure we'll see this again at our next gathering, just in a larger pot.
