Basic Cream Cheese Frosting
I just used this recipe for the first time. I had a recipe that called for a can of cream cheese icing, which I didn,t have. So I thought I would add lib ;) I cut the recipe back a little. Used 3 cups of powder sugar and it was just right! Creamy, and very easy to spread over cake or brownies. I think 4 c of powder sugar would be too much! Of course everyone has different taste buds!

Marshmallow Popcorn Balls
This is a great easy way to make the popcorn ball kids and adults love alike! I have been making popcorn balls for many years per request because most folks tell me they just cannot get them to stick together. This recipe works every time and is so easy! I usually add candy corn to mine just to give them the autumn look but good any time! I have shared this recipe with many over the past year, folks cannot believe how simple. Don't get me wrong the old fashion recipe with the sugar and water is great too, but this one take less than half the time and never fails! ( for beginners, you add the candy corn at the end when you are making them into balls :)

Cola Easter Ham
Have done a ham for several yrs , all I do is add a can of coke, cook slow on low heat 300degrees, for several hrs. Ham will melt in your mouth! If you do not like your ham to fall apart then don't use this recipe! The trick to a good ham is the brand of ham you use. The only ham I ever use is a boneless Superior Ham ! I sometimes have to go as far as another town to find one, but it makes all the difference! They usually run about 12 to 20 pounds each, but you can always have it cut in two pieces and freeze half for another day. tmangirl
