Kettle Corn

1st time making this, was good, but def had a mix of white/brown. Keep an eye on it, while cooking, or else could get all black.

One of my favorite sides to make. To help with the cooking time, cut potatoes in wedges and cover in water for 15 mins. Seasonings were good, also added garlic salt/paprika for additional flavor. Put oil/seasonings all together and cooked at the same time, more favorable. Yummy!!!

Orange Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

It was important to watch the amount of chicken stock you use. I happen to use about 1 1/4 cup, and had a nice sauce. Thank you for those that posted your notes about that. I would agree to add a lil chili spice to it next time, was a lil too sweet for my liking, but I would make it again. My boyfriend and I enjoyed this dish.
