Campbell's(R) Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole
I make this quite a bit. I work nights, so it's super easy to mix together and throw in the oven while I'm getting ready. I do make a few changes though. I marinate the chicken in italian dressing, cut the chicken into cubes and throw in the extra marinade for extra flavor. I also use chicken stock instead of water, real onions instead of onion powder, and brown rice instead of white. It's not gourmet, but it definitely serves its purpose and is pretty tasty.

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles
When I first read the recipe, it sounded so good to me. I absolutely love ricotta cheese and thought that it would be a great addition to the alfredo sauce. I followed the recipe exactly, only added some garlic with the chicken. But I could not get the sauce smooth and creamy like an alfredo sauce should be. The sauce had an okay flavor even if it was a bit bland. But when I put it mouth, it felt like someone had poured sand into the sauce when I wasn't looking. I had tons of leftovers, but couldn't even bring myself to eat them because of the texture. For me, the texture was a deal breaker. Alfredo should be smooth and silky, not gritty.
