Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
I loved this recipe. I put the veggie's in the food processor and then drained them well through a mesh strainer. I also drained the beans really well. Other than that I did as the recipe said, and they were wonderful. I have made them several times and they are always a hit

Thai Red Chicken Curry
I found this recipe bland. I started doctoring it on the stove while it was still cooking. I added 3 times the red curry paste, smoked paprika, yellow curry powder, cayanne powder, and at the table we added soy sauce. It was finally to the point that we liked it. I should also mention that I didn't have zucchini, so I substituted fresh asparagus. I am not one of those people who likes really spicy HOT food, but that is just what it took to make it similar to our Thai restaurant. I didn't read the other reviews, but as I'm writing this the comments above seem to be saying the same thing. Good but it needed kicked up a notch for us. It is a good starting point.

Chef John's Classic Beef Stroganoff
Just made this for dinner. YUM! I did substitute cooking sherry for the white wine, and sour cream for the creme fraiche, but next time I may just leave that out altogether. It is really rich and delicious without and doesn't really need the extra calories to pump up the flavor. This is one I will make for company! Thanks for sharing the recipe Chef John. I love that you walk us through these recipes on your videos!
