Lemon Zucchini Bars

Rice-so-Nice

I have been making this recipe for a couple of years now (I thought I had a review already)...with a few changes...1/2 cup butter just seems ridiculous... I put in maybe 2 tbs, it really doesn't need all that much. Instead of mushrooms, about the last 15 mins or so I mix in a bag (or however much you like) of frozen (thawed) mixed vegetables (usually a mix of corn, green beans, carrots, peas).

Caramel Apple Bars III

Prep time was more like 30 mins. I only gave this a 4 star because everyone else liked it, I thought it was just okay. I do have to say though this came out very moist, more like a cake then a bar.

Baklava

Excellent!!! The only downside was that 1 pound of nuts (I used mix of walnuts and pecans) was way too much. I had enough leftover nuts to make a second batch. But no one complaining about having to make the second batch. Will definitely be making this for years to come!

Easy Guacamole

I don't eat guacamole, but made this for a dinner I went to last night. Everyone seemed to like it enough. The only difference is that i chopped in a little bit of cilantro. Will be making this again for my guacamole eating friends.
