Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding

Reviewed: May 17, 2009
As some suggested, I put a pinch of salt into the batter. Still needs a little something to it if eating it by itself. But would definitely be better with drippings. I gave this a 4 because it was quick and easy as name implies.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2009
I made a few minor changes, used 1 can of cream of mushroom, 1 can of cream of chicken. Instead of using water and bouillon cubes, I used 2 cups (1 can) of chicken broth + 1/4 cup water. Instead of cheddar cheese on top, I mixed some bread crumbs with parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top. Good and easy, will definitely make this again.

Easy Biscuits

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
These were just ok. I thought they were kind of dry. They came out a bit crispy, after 15 mins they were looking too brown so I had to turn it down to 400 for the last few mins.

Peanut Butter Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2008
I didn't like this at all. I tried to like it, but I didn't like the texture of the peanut butter in the chili, its hard to describe the texture. Trying to overlook the texture, there seemed to be no real taste to this at all.

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2008
This was good and extremely easy! I used the ingredients but changed the procedure a bit. The jam & water I heated in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds, to make it more easy to spread. And instead of a 9x13 pan, because I thought that was too big and it would be too thin a bar, I used an 8x11 pan..which made it the perfect thickness for me. And I baked it for about 30 mins. Definitely let it cool to set before cutting.

French Quarter Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
This was good. Only thing I did different was used less pecans and more raisins because I like raisins more. I think if I make this again I would follow a suggestion to soak the bread longer, maybe in a big bowl or something to be able to stir it and get it more evenly soaked.

Banana Oatmeal Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2008
Yum!!! Came out really moist. I read some reviews and only made a slight change. Instead of all shortening, I used 1/4 cup butter flavored shortening, and 1/4 cup applesauce. And I like raisins so I put in a whole cup. Will definitely be making this again.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
I thought this was just ok. Was a little dry. I don't know if it was because I had used low fat milk.

I don't like eggnog but I gave it a try. Not bad. Everyone else stated it was good. Did not come out dry as some people said. I baked mine for about 50 mins.

Eggnog Cheesecake III

I made this for some people at work. I don't like cheesecakses (or eggnog), but they all said it was good, so I'll have to take their word for it.

Fat Free Mini Prune Honey Muffins

The batter smelled good, but... after coming out of the oven, it was one hard clump and not so good tasting.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese II

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2008
This was pretty good, with a few adjustments. I used cheddar cheese, and mixed in half the cheese into the milk & soup. And the tomatoes, I drained it, and chopped up the tomatoes. I don't mind that the top not be so crunchy, so maybe next time I will put more of the cheese into the milk & soup, and less on the top.

Mall Pretzels

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2008
I followed the recipe, so I don't know what went wrong. I baked for the 10 mins but the pretzels were still partly raw inside. What was cooked tasted ok. And as soon as they had cooled off, they turned hard.

Ramen Noodle Frittata

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
I used the oriental flavor instead and omitted the cheese. This was in between about a 3 and 4 star, so I gave it the 4 for ease.
