Honey Bean Salad

This is an excellent recipe! I added rice to the kidney beans just because I had some (and one of the pictures looked like it had rice in it!). I didn't add hot sauce just because I was giving it to my little girls. Other than that, just follow this recipe exactly. It's so very good!

Creamy Tomato Tuna Penne Pasta

This was a very good recipe and a nice vegetarian option. I followed other reviewers' suggestions and used basil and marjoram instead of tarragon, since I didn't have any. I also used 1/2tsp soy sauce and 1/2tsp Worcestershire sauce instead of anchovy paste. Everyone I served this to liked it!

Chicken Tacos

This recipe was great! The chicken was excellent. I followed the recipe exactly, but I did add some avocado and cilantro to the choice of toppings. Super! I will definitely make this again!

Spicy Pumpkin Chili

I followed this recipe exactly, but left out the red pepper so my kids would try it too. It was just delicious!!! A great meal that packs a protein punch!

Healthy Mexican Chicken Bake

Super good! My only problem was that the chicken came out a little dry. I probably baked it too long, since I'm always afraid of undercooking chicken. I will definitely make this again, but probably bake a little higher (375) for 20 minutes only.

Baked Beef Stew

Loved this so much, and I don't even like beef stew! The bread was a little soggy in it, but I can see why it was added to be like French Onion soup. Loved this!

Roast Beef Burritos

This was super just as written! I just poured a little melted butter over the burritos after rolling them and baked them for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees to make them a little crispy.

Basil Chicken Ravioli Carbonara

Brunch Baked French Toast

This tasted very good. The only problem I had was that there was not enough egg/milk mixture to saturate the bread, so after I baked it, it was kind of crunchy. It seemed like there was way too much bread and not enough milk/egg to coat it. Maybe I bought the wrong kind of bread or didn't cut it thin enough. I don't know. I would make this again, but I think I would double the number of eggs and the amount of milk.

Pumpkin Chocolate Dessert Cake

This cake is delicious and very easy to make, although it doesn't look easy. I've never made a bunt cake before, and I was kind of nervous, but this turned about perfect and was not that difficult to prepare. Super recipe!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

This recipe was very good! I made some modifications based on some of the ideas I read. I used low fat sour cream and two cans of low fat condensed cream of chicken soup (because I don't like mushrooms). I added some garlic powder and onion powder to the sour cream mix. I also used Keebler's butter garlic crackers for the topping. They were so good!
