Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
I used 3 lbs pork shoulder. I was afraid it would be too sweet so added a large chunked up onion which I discarded with the cooking liquid. Instead of my usual Sweet Baby Ray's I used a locally produced mild smokey BBQ sauce. 32 oz was perfect for this amount of pork. Served with the KFC coleslaw knockoff found on this site. Going to serve both at our after Christmas dinner party.

Beautiful Salad
This really a 5 star recipe, but I changed it up a bunch so only giving it 4. Used hearts of romain instead of spinach. Forgot to buy onion but didn't miss it. Used Trader Joe's dry roasted pecans because I had them. Subbed gorgonzola for feta. Soaked the dried cranberries in 7-Up for a few hours before adding to the salad. (thanks to the previous reviewer who suggested this) Used my store brand dressing--white balsamic with honey vinaigrette. Thanks Wendy for the delicious recipe.

Lime Pear Gelatin Salad
I was looking for something to replace our traditional lime jello with cottage cheese and pineapple ( new DIL hates cottage cheese). This was great and loved by all. I replaced the water with the drained pear juice and used my food processor instead of the blender. I added a can of drained mandarin oranges to make it a little more substantial. I think we've found a new tradition.
