Wow these may be the best Stuffed Peppers I've ever found!
I changed 2 things, I used red peppers instead of green (taste preference...) and I didn't use the fennel seeds. Not because I didn't want to... I couldn't find them anywhere!
The pepper stuffing is outstanding, you almost don't need the peppers! It makes for a great stew.
I will definitely make this again.
