Dreamy Nighttime Drink

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2010
This was very good. I had to add a bit more honey and cinnamon to kick up the flavor. I also added mini marshmallows on top to give it some additional sweetness. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Both simple and sweet!

Out of this World Turkey Brine

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2010
This Thanksgiving was my first time baking a turkey. I decided to brine it, and I am so glad I did. This turkey was indeed out of this world!!! Thank you so much for this recipe, Sudemers. I just couldn't get enough of this turkey. I did make a few changes. I was afraid it would be too salty, so I diluted the salt by cutting it in half and adding more water. I definitely recommend this!!!

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
Great mashed potato recipe. Will definitely be making again. I am giving this 4 stars, because it would not have been creamy enough for my liking. I added about 1/2 a cup of sour cream and used 2% milk instead of fat free and that did wonders!

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
Fantastic recipe! This was my first time cooking ribs and although it was time consuming, it was 100% worth it. I had guests over and they couldn't stop talking about how great these were. They were juicy and tender, and the sauce was absolutely perfect. I was a bit skeptical about the ketchup, because I don't like ketchup, but it didn't taste a bit like ketchup. The only change I made was using apple cider vinegar instead of white vinegar. I would most definitely recommend this recipe. These ribs were to die for!

Marshmallow Popcorn Balls

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2010
These were so easy! Took about 10 minutes to make and boy do they taste fantastic; I couldn't stop eating them! I went with lightly buttered microwaveable popcorn to make it even easier, and I also added about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of brown sugar to the marshmallow mix to make it more carmel flavored. On my second batch, I made them with marshmallow cream because my boyfriend is vegetarian and marshmallows have gelatin. I then added some orange food coloring to the sauce. After tossing it all together, I added some choc chips for halloween. A+ recipe! Thanks for sharing!
