Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

This was fantastic although I did tweak things a bit. I bought chicken pesto feta sausage (just sounded too darn good) and I put about 2 tblsp. of feta into the sauce while simmering to gel the flavors. Also used cherry tomatoes instead of canned and it was unbelievably yummy. Thanks for sharing!

Raspberry Lemon Muffins

Yum! I thought these might be heavy because it seemed like there wasn't enough liquid when I started mixing but oh man, just took them out of the oven and they're amazing. Thank you!!

Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole

This was yummy and easy. Added a little dill to cut the classic tuna taste and I'm toying with the idea of adding a breadcrumb or crumbled crouton sort of thing next time, just to add a little crunch but it was really yummy as is. It's like tuna helper but without all the added garbage in processed foods.

Cheddar Biscuits

Awesome! We're chowing down on these right now. We always love these biscuits at Red Lobster but now that I can control the butter and salt, it's so much better. Next time I will try the flour/baking powder etc. just because I want to stay away from the additives in the bisquick but I made these as is and awesome awesome awesome. I may have to make another batch tonight lol. Thank you for sharing!

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Very delicious. We made some grilled mozzarella sandwiches (with fresh chopped basil) to go with this and it was an awesome sunday afternoon lunch. I would probably add a few more tomatoes and use low-sodium tomato juice because I'm super-sensitive to salt and love the flavor of tomato but this was super yummy.

Sunday Morning Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes

Delicious! I made a lemon glaze to drizzle because they did need a little "something" to sweeten them up. Delicious on their own, for sure but we sweetened it up for a special breakfast with the kiddies.

Quinoa with Chickpeas and Tomatoes

This was DELICIOUS. It was our first try with quinoa and I will absolutely be making this again. Nice and simple, there would be a million ways to tweak the flavor if you want but wow, it's awesome the way it is.

Baked Honey Nut Chicken

This was very good! We used pecans and peanuts for a more nutty flavor and I think next time I would add a tablespoon or two of brown sugar to up the sweetness but overall it was very tasty.

Baked Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

This was fantastic. My husband actually called it "awesome" and he has a very discriminating palate. I omitted additional salt, however, because the butter and Ritz have plenty.... but man, this was awesome. Thanks for sharing! Next up... we add jalapenos and bacon!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Everything was good except the bacon bits, which totally ruined it for us. If I did this again, I might use seasoned croutons or maybe nothing at all.... the bacon bits turned it into a total salt overload and made it harder to taste the simple flavors of the spinach, cheeses & chicken.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

This was awesome. Made a few tweaks, though. We don't use canned food in our house (because the cans are lined with bisephenol-A) so I used 3 large tomatoes and about 1/2 cup of red wine. Unbelievable. I wish I had made twice as much at least.

Hearty Vegetable Lasagna

I make this one every now and again and every time it's better than the last time. I do agree that the proportions are a bit off. I always end up with a lasagna and a half lol but it's always delicious so I absolutely can't complain about having extra.
