Fluffy Pancakes
They were soooo fluffy and tasty!!! I did replace the shortening with butter though. Did I mention they are the easiest pancakes I have ever made?! I'm making these again, and soon :)

Grilled Chicken and Pasta Salad
It was very taste and filling. I also added two boiled eggs for more protein. I will make it again.
