Garlic Cheddar Chicken
Best chicken I've eaten in a long time! My friend said, "This is better than my mom's!" Uh-oh! :) Everyone went back for seconds and thirds. I've made this 2x in 4 wks because it's awesome. I use margarine instead of butter to cut some fat.

Wrapped Salmon
I'd never used phyllo dough before, didn't realize I'd have to wait for it to defrost before I could make this lovely dish. And it's very fragile to work with! But when you get the hang of it, it's worth it. I've been raving to everyone about this dish and can't wait to share it. It's very quick, I can make it off the top of my head after the first time. I season my fish with pepper and garlic salt.

Absolutely lovely, everything a soup should be! Served best with warm batbout (pita)! I use cubed chicken breast instead of lamb. Everyone complimented on it when I brought it to Bible study, along with Moroccan rice. Don't let the "scary" spice combinations fool you, everything works wonderfully together for the average American palate. Also, I don't recommend using the crock pot; it takes around 6 hrs on high heat to get those lentils soft...
