Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: May 30, 2003
I made these for Christmas last year and they were a big hit. They're not exactly like Cinnabon but very good and easy to make. My family loved them and so did all my friends.

Rocky Road Fudge Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2002
These are the best!! My mom and I have made them for years. The only thing I change is I use pecans instead of walnuts. Every time we're asked to bring something for potluck, people always ask for these! They are very rich and sinful but well worth it. Be sure to save some for yourself if you take it anywhere because there won't be any left to bring home.

Puppy Chow

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2002
I grew up eating this but it was called "muddy buddies" back then. The recipe was on the back of the cereal box. Now my kids, ages 6, 3 1/2, and 1 1/2 love them. They ask for them all the time.

Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2002
These were pretty good. I used pre-cooked bacon and only broiled 2-3 minutes. I also have made them with cream cheese. I mixed shredded sharp cheddar, 4 oz. cream cheese and a few seeds for some heat and broiled for 2-3 minutes. My family liked this better. By using the pre-cooked bacon and only broiling for 3 minutes, my cheese didn't melt all over the pan.

Cherry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2002
This is absolutely the best cheesecake in the world. My family fights over it. We used to save it for special occasions but now we make it year round. I will say to all of you who think you can get by without 1/3 cup of lemon juice, you're wrong. That's what makes the pie set and remain firm. You must add all of it.
