Bread Machine Bagels
Not only did I have TONS of fun making these bagels they turned out awesome. I made 2 cinnamon sugar, 2 plain, 2 covered with cheddar and 2 cheddar bacon. DELICIOUS EASY RECIPE. I will be making these as a weekend ritual! Thank you to all who reviewed so that the new bakers have some good guidelines and suggestions! I was sitting around with my hubby figuring out about how much money we saved making our bagels at home - I'd say for 8 we maybe spent about 30 cents. Go to Panera and spend about $3.00 or more for the same thing - - and I know where all my ingredients came from!

Best Bread Machine Bread
This is the best bread recipe that I have found. I will probably never make another loaf the "machine directed" way again. I felt that all of the raters/users before made excellent suggestions and applied them to my bread making as well. Add 1/2 tsp more of salt - used honey instead of sugar, substituted a little wheat for white. I made the dough in my bread machine, pulled it out and let it rise another 30 - 60 minutes. IT was so HUGE. I had never had dough rise like that. And when I baked it I put it in my oven with a pan of water at the bottom. The end result was sweet, soft and perfect. Thank you to all who commented - it helps us new-bee's out on changing up our recipes!!!

Rach's Broccoli Casserole
This was great!!! I would suggest do not add the butter. I thought, well I will put 1/4 cup and am now regretting it because after reheating it gets greasy. I can't imagine 1/2 cup. Also I pretty well followed the recipe with some of the added suggestions and it turned out nice. Instead of the Ritz on top I mixed in with the casserole and added French's Fried Onions and extra cheese in the last 10-15 minutes of baking. I will definitely use this recipe again.
