Extra Easy Hummus

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

Do not replace shortening with butter like other reviewers have suggested unless you want your cookies as flat and thin as a piece of paper. I altered this recipe before I made it, but it is a good base recipe. WAY too much vanilla for my fam. I increased peanut butter to 1 cup, for sugar 1 used 1 cup brown 1/3 c white, reduced the vanilla to 1 tsp and salt to 1/2 tsp. 5 stars the way I made them.

My Best Clam Chowder

*5 stars the way I make it* I add extra potatoes because I like it chunkier, and although I like thick soups, half and half makes it WAY to thick, like sludge. Making it with regular milk thickens up perfectly with the flour. I use white pepper instead of black and I add some onion powder. I also reduce the amount of red wine vinegar. I have made it the other way, it was too thick, didn't have enough stuff in it, almost just pure sauce, and the red wine vinegar was over powering. The changes I make make sure it's gobbled up at my house.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

AMAZING! My two year old and my picky husband even loved this! I used one chicken instead of two but kept the spice amount the same, only thing I did was cut the Thyme in half to to meet my families taste preference. I also added minced garlic inside the chicken along with the onion. I ran out of time and only marinated it for about an hour or two and then cooked it at 275' for a shorter amount of time and it still turned out fantastic. My mother in law was amazed that it was home cooked instead of a store bought routisserie chicken.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I made this for my sons 2nd birthday party and everyone LOVED them. I made a tiple batch and they were gone within the first 10 minutes. My mother-in-law has requested this recipe for thanksigiving this year! the only thing i did differently is i forgot to buy permesan cheese so they didn't have it on top. they cayenne made them taste AMAZING, i added a little extra.
