Breakfast in a Muffin

struck out on this one. complaints from family was the bland flavor. It needs to be sweeter, possibly add some vanilla to the mixture.

This was a fun and easy recipe to do with the kids. Instead of placing the chicken breasts on a greased baking dish, I laid them on a bed of uncrushed cereal and poured honey over the top of it. very moist and nice flavor.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Had a very good taste to it. My wife felt the vinegar taste was a bit much. Easily fixed by adding pineapple chunks as a topping. I will be making it again, possibly adding some pineapple to the marinade. The kids enjoyed it as well.
