I've made these pumpkin bars 5 or 6 times in the last 2 months. Every time I make them, more people request them! The only change I made was to use 4 oz of cream cheese instead (as other reviewers mentioned). Everything else is perfect as is. Great recipe Deb!

The Best Zucchini Fritters Ever

This was my first time ever having zucchini fritters. I found them tasteless...though I'm not sure if it's this recipe specifically or just zucchini fritters in general.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This is one of my FAVORITE fall treats! I make it every year. This year I made them in small loaf pans (got them from Crate & Barrel) to share (4 small loaves = 2 larger sized loaves).

Strawberry Pineapple Bread
