Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds

these were really good and simple to make, the only thing i would do different is make sure that the sheet that i cook them on is well greased with butter, i found that they stuck to it and i would salt the potaotes to give more flavor. but deffinitely a keeper

Grilled Pork Tenderloin

I didin't think it would work, i thought the meat would not be tender, but it was sooo tender and good. my family loved this recipe we will be definitely be making this again. we used an indoor grill and it worked nicely so we can make anytime of the year.

Sesame Chicken Strips with Sweet Sauce

this was awesome, I did do a couple things different thought. Like some others i did add some water to the mayonaise and mustard so the coating was not as thick. I also used prepared mustard instead of dry mustard. Also some people did make the comment the the dipping sauce was bland, well that is the making of honey dill sauce all you need to do is cut back on the mayonaise add a little more honey and add some dill and it will be delicious thats what i did. FYI if you don't have the buttery round which i didn't one time that i made this, i used a combo of pretzel and corn flakes and i gave a awesome taste i have made this recipe several times already and i never seem to have the crackers. YUMMY!!!!!!!

Apres Ski French Toast

wow was this ever good, I didn't use multigrain bread as I am not a fan of it. Instead I used an Italian round bread and wow it was awesome. I did use and extra egg as the bread was quiet thick. My niece came over after and literaly wolfed the remaining down she liked it that much

Banana Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce

wow was this a great recipe, made it for my brother in laws birthday. I did make some changes though, I baked it in a 9 in. spring form pan and I increased the mashed bananas to a cup or 2 whole bananas. I had to bake it for 45 minutes as well, for the caramel sauce i cooked it in a double boiler and only put a little evaporated milk in it i did not use the whole can. I will definitely be making this again

Bananas Foster Belgian Waffles

This was awesome!!! I only used the sauce part of the recipe as a I had a craving for pancakes, Wow was it ever good. I did do things a little different, I doubled the recipe but I didn't double the pancake syrup. I also omitted the rum extract and added more vanilla. I wasn't too sweet and the taste of bananas was through out the sauce, I'm thinking when we make this again I want to try it with mashed bananas instead. thanks

Mad Dogs

i like this recipe so did my neice, the only thing was that the bacon didn't get cripsy like i thought. It could be because i used thicker bacon, maybe next will use regular bacon. I did put it under the broiler for a few minutes and that did help but not to my moms liking but she likes her bacon really crispy. Diffinitely will do this again. thanks

Strawberry Dream Pie

This was very good you can't tell that i has jam in it. The one thing i would change is that i would fold in chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture and i would pour the sauce over the cut slices of pie instead of over the whole pie. I had found the sauce a little too runny, it could be that i blended it too much that or i would try to thicken it with some constartch. will be making this one again

Ghirardelli Coconut Almond Torte with Chocolate Chips

this was amazing, made this last weekend for family dinner and wow. As I couldn't find Ghirardelli's I just used regular semi sweet chocolate chips and they weren't mini which i like, Mini would be too chocolate. I am wondering what it would be like if I made it with just coconuts or with just almonds, hmmmm something to try

Turkey Brine

this brine is amazing, I never seem to have the dried herbs so I use ground and it seems to work fine. I have thrown in some brown sugar to add something sweet. I have been doing this brine for the past 2 years and I am blown away that the turkey never comes out dry or overly salty

Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza

This pizza was simply amazing. Found 2 chicken breasts in the freezer and decided to make this recipe tonight. I make my own pizza crust that worked great with this recipe, I did cut up the chicken when I cooked it and found that it cooked much faster. I have to admit that I did not measure the bbq sauce, I just added it the the fry pan. Instead of the marinara sauce i used my regular pizza sauce but added the bbq sauce to it and WOW was it good. Aslo added bacon to the pizza but omitted the onions as I am not a fan. My mum couldn't say enough about this it was so good.

Feta and Bacon Stuffed Chicken with Onion Mashed Potatoes

bloody amazing, my mother calls this dish restaurant quaility food. I used 4 chicken breast but did not change the amount of the filling. The potatoes by them selves needed salt but when paired with the chichen they were devine. Next time I want to add the left over feta filling into the potatoes and this will eliminate the need for salt as well as tie it into the dish better. I thought that the bacon was going to over power the chicken but gave a really nice flavour

Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Cake

Made this for Valentines Day and instead of using a springform pan I used a mini heart shape pan which made 12. Wow this was good but very sweet, it could be that I used mini chocolate chips but I don't think that it why. There is one step that I would do without though, and that is there really is no need for the blender. All you really need to do is put the chips in a bowl and pour the hot ixture over it to melt. This is how you do it to make a ganache. I wastes alot of chocolate as i couldn't get it all out of the blender. I would make it again but with less chocolate or even maybe try it with white chocolate hmmmm that sounds good

Peaches and Cream Pie II

we all thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. I found that the peach layer didn't set up completely, could be that it didn't sit in fridge long enough or i didn't cook long enough. This recipe works well with lemon pudding and pie filling instead of the peached(skip the jello step and make 2 packages of lemon pie filling awesome) the only change i made was i used chopped almonds and 2 tbls of sugar instead. the other thing people could do with the cream cheese layer is use 2 pkg of cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of whip cream, that works very well. will definitely be making this again, we also try with different fruit as well thanks again

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

We loved it but found that there was too much cream cheese, we cut the cream cheese down to one rather than two packages. Because some of my family doesn't like blueberries, we substituted blueberries with strawberries, which was great. Overall we would definately make this again.
