Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

Used this icing for my nieces 4th birthday party cake. Everyone raved about the icing on how good it was. I have used many icings before and I didn't find it to be too sweet . My only complaint is that it doesn't make enough to decorate a cake, it's great if you are doing cupcakes. it was so simple to make too thanks for a great recipe

Oven Pot Roast

wow this was simply awesome. Like others I did add garlic to the flour mixture as well as some salt. I also put at the bottom of the roaster that I used some celery, carrots and onions to give the gravy another dimention of flavour.

Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza

This pizza was simply amazing. Found 2 chicken breasts in the freezer and decided to make this recipe tonight. I make my own pizza crust that worked great with this recipe, I did cut up the chicken when I cooked it and found that it cooked much faster. I have to admit that I did not measure the bbq sauce, I just added it the the fry pan. Instead of the marinara sauce i used my regular pizza sauce but added the bbq sauce to it and WOW was it good. Aslo added bacon to the pizza but omitted the onions as I am not a fan. My mum couldn't say enough about this it was so good.

this a was a great way to end our dinner tonight. would definately make this again but next time I am going to use lemon curd and fresh strawberries and blueberries. found the carmel sauce a little sweet, could be that I poured too much on

Feta and Bacon Stuffed Chicken with Onion Mashed Potatoes

bloody amazing, my mother calls this dish restaurant quaility food. I used 4 chicken breast but did not change the amount of the filling. The potatoes by them selves needed salt but when paired with the chichen they were devine. Next time I want to add the left over feta filling into the potatoes and this will eliminate the need for salt as well as tie it into the dish better. I thought that the bacon was going to over power the chicken but gave a really nice flavour

Green Bean Bundles

simply delicious, though it did need some seasoning. The next time that I make this I am going to double the sauce and before serving I am going to put the bundles in the sauce for a few minutes so that they can soak up some of the sauce, this will also help crisp up the bacon.

Ghirardelli Coconut Almond Torte with Chocolate Chips

this was amazing, made this last weekend for family dinner and wow. As I couldn't find Ghirardelli's I just used regular semi sweet chocolate chips and they weren't mini which i like, Mini would be too chocolate. I am wondering what it would be like if I made it with just coconuts or with just almonds, hmmmm something to try

Apres Ski French Toast

wow was this ever good, I didn't use multigrain bread as I am not a fan of it. Instead I used an Italian round bread and wow it was awesome. I did use and extra egg as the bread was quiet thick. My niece came over after and literaly wolfed the remaining down she liked it that much

Baked French Toast

This was great, decided to make this weekend for a treat. As there was only the 3 of us I scaled it back to 4 serving. I followed the recipe the only thing i did was add 2 more eggs for a total of 5 eggs, as I also had whipping cream that needed using I used that in place of the milk very yummy. I think the next time I make this I want to try cubing the bread and see how I like that better. I also want to try doubling the sauce part, as is, was great didn't need any syrup but I want more of the sauce

Slow Cooker Ham

WOW!!!!! what a great recipe. Made this for Christmas, it was so simple and easy to make put it on and forget it. The one thing that my family decided was that it does not need the whole time that it states to cook in the recipe. We could barely get it out of the slow cooker as it was falling apart so easily, so I think half the time will do and thats what we will try next time. I think the time would be fine if you were't using an already cured ham. Thanks for a simple and tasty recipe

I really enjoyed this recipe, it was so like and yummy tasting. The only thing that I didn't like is that the cake was so thin after you rolled it. I would have liked a thicker cake portion. So the next time that I make this I will be making 2 cakes and try rolling them together to see if that better. The one thing that I did was I iced it with a chocolate icing from a can, I won't be doing that again as it make the cake waaay to sweet for some.

Brenda's Strawberry Slush Delight

made this this weekend and it was very hard to wait till it froze. I didn't find it too sweet like others have commented. I had some orange flavoured rum and some pina colada flavoured pinapple juice that I used in the recipe. Simply amazing Thanks for a great drink

Cornflake Slice

this was great. I do have to agree though, I found that 3/4 cup was alot of butter. I did cut it back to 1/2 cup but still found that to be too much, my solution was to add more marshmallows. I had some toasted coconut marshmallows and that is what I used, I also toasted the almonds and coconut in a dry frypan until golden brown. Next time I want to add more almonds and coconut as i enjoyed that part alot but found that there was not enough of them in the slice
