Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
Thiswas awesome. Made for Easter dinner at in laws. I was nervous that the potatoes would not be done enough but they turned out great. I really think cooking in the stoneware helped because I had to take it out a lil early as to not be late. Stoneware takes a bit to cool so it cooked on the way over. I did add crumbled bacon and onions to the layers along with the garlic. There was barely any left and my family asked me to leave that for them to eat later. Thanks.

Awesome recipe. I added yellow squash to my veggie mix. I am sure zucchini squash would be great as well.

Quinoa Pudding

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
Ok. This is my first time trying Quinoa (keen-wa) and I must say it was much better than I expected. I am trying to make healthier selections. I thought I would give this keen-waaaaaa a try. I heard Dr. Oz speak about it. Searched for it in Martins and couldnt find last year but found it this go around. I will say this is a great recipes and I will probably use this a replacement for my oatmeal every now and then. I can't wait to try some dinner recipes with this stuff. Thanks again.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2008
I thought this recipes was wonderful and a healthier choice than fastfood as another reveiwer pointed out. I would have given a 5 but my husband thought it was a 3 based on the fact that he likes high calorie unhealthy foods. I can't believe him. Anyway it will be a part of our menu. Thanks so much for sharing.

Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
Great sandwich. A twist from the traditional grilled cheese. Wouldn't make it a constant menu item though for health reasons. Only do for a speacial indulgence. Also great if you add shaved ham and grill as normal. I like to fry my ham up first before I put it on the sandwich to grill. Thanks for the recipe. Lots of ways to enjoy this one.

Dad's Pan-Fried Green Beans

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
Oh my, what a switch from the traditional southern style green beans! They are truly bursting with flavor. I like that they still have some firmness like steamed green beans. You will just not belive the juicy burst of flavor. Did I mention they are flavorful? This recipe is a definite keeper. I also love that it is pretty healthy without sacrificing the taste. Thanks for sharing.

Ranch Burgers

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
Definitely an awesome burger. Very juicy and I didn't even put them on the grill. I cooked on the stovetop. I did take one reveiewers suggestions and used the bread crumbs instead of crackers. Thanks for sharing it is truly a good burger. I will have to try the other burger recipe for Juiciest Burger ever and see how it compares.

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
I made the recipe for dinner tonight and my husband thought it was great. He went back twice after the first plate. I did take some suggestions from other reveiws and added milk. I think I added around a cup. I also added salt because I tasted the mixture and it was a little bland. I used Campbells golden mushroom soup. I also added around a teaspoon of curry powder. I like the tast because I have used it in chicken casserole dishes. I did not have any mushrooms but didn't missed them. I used a combination of crushed potato chips and townhouse crackers. I covered with foil and baked since some reviews recommended it. Overall I will definitely make this dish a definite future meal option. Thanks for sharing.

Bread Machine Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2006
This is an awesome recipe. This is my second time making rolls. The first time I used a recipe from someone else. This one is is better by far. I did use less sugar and more salt because some reviews mentioned them being a little too sweet and not salty enough. Personally, I did not think they were sweet at all so I will probably use the exact amount of sugar next time and still use a little more salt. I did not have powered milk so I used a cup of 1% and I still think they came out well. I will probably try th powerdered milk next time to see which is better. Thanks for this recipe.

Taco Seasoning III

Great receipe........I did not have any cumin so I had to do without it but it is still great. I will have to try again later after I buy the cumin. I am not sure what it adds because I have not really used it but I bet it will be even better with it. No more store packets for me!

Japanese Shrimp Sauce I

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2002
I am so glad someone posted this Recipe. Lime thank you so much!!! I moved to a new area about 6 years ago because I thought the resaurant I once frequented back home was Chinese and they served this delicous shrimp sauce. Well when I moved I figured the Chinese resaurants would serve the same. Every one I went in I asked for it and they just looked really confused brought the red sauce you sometimes dip shrimp in. Well, I thought I'd make my own if I could find the recipe. Typed in the search engine on the computer and there it was. Easy as pie. Anyway I dont mean to be long winded but I really appreciate you posting the recipe.
